Maintenance Engineer (FT)
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation, reliability, and efficiency of our machinery and production systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, refrigeration technology, troubleshooting, repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems within our machine-building facility.
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, refrigeration technology, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues;
- Maintain and calibrate machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs:
- Identify the root cause of equipment failures;
- Conduct on-site repairs and adjustments as needed;
- Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts usage.
- Equipment Installation & Upgrades:
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery;
- Recommend and implement upgrades to improve performance and efficiency.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and service logs;
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve machine performance.
This is your profile:
Hard Skills:
- MBO-4 thinking and/or working level in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering and relevant workexperience (3+year)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- STEK is preferable.
